CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to build and drive financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems and tools to support scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or similar leadership role
• Experience in a high-growth tech company is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required
• Deep understanding of financial systems and tools, with experience implementing and optimizing finance tech stacks
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
