Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting function ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Oversee Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax teams to ensure operational rigor and alignment
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX 404 compliance while driving process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company; public company or IPO-prep experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and technical accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
• Prior Big 4 public accounting experience is preferred
