CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while managing client relationships and engagements
• Implement process improvements and technology enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment with deep accounting knowledge across various industries
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively
