CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, close processes, and ensure GAAP compliance
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll
• Lead the accounting team and support M&A activities and financial modeling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a PE-backed company
• Experience with M&A accounting and public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills
