CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee global finance operations and manage accounting teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting and payroll for U.S. and India entities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions and manage consolidation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including 3 years as a Controller
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment with knowledge of PE reporting requirements
• Extensive M&A experience, including due diligence and integration
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity operations
