CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting for U.S. and India entities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Lead integration efforts for multiple acquisitions and manage consolidation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including 3 years as a Controller or equivalent role
• Proven experience in a private equity-backed environment with understanding of PE reporting requirements
• Extensive M&A experience, including due diligence and integration
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation for multi-entity operations
