CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Implement process improvements and technology enhancements to increase efficiency in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller with a background in multi-client environments
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead teams effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
