Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and lead a finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review financial statements and manage month-end close processes
• Supervise a team of 9 and oversee daily operational and financial reporting
• Maintain the integrity of the financial system and enhance internal control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
• Experience with intercompany accounting required
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
