CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance with GAAP
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and leading teams in rapidly growing firms
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
