CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards for a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and ensuring excellent client experiences
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead teams effectively
