CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and maintain accurate revenue, margin, and expense reporting
• Manage accounting operations and maintain internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• 2+ years of experience in a services-based organization
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting
• Ability to manage a full close process
