CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to partner with the CFO in building financial infrastructure for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial cycles, ensuring data integrity and timely processes
• Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system and maintain data governance
• Lead accounting integration for acquisitions and track synergy capture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with significant time in a Controller role
• CPA certification required
• Experience in GL/ERP system migration or implementation
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Certinia
• Proven M&A integration experience, particularly in GL consolidation
