CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to partner with the CFO in building financial infrastructure for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end "Order to Cash," "Procure to Pay," and "Record to Report" cycles
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure audit and tax compliance
• Lead the accounting integration for new acquisitions and manage technical accounting tasks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with significant time in a Controller role
• CPA certification required
• Proven experience in GL/ERP system migration or implementation
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Certinia
• Experience in integrating acquisitions and aligning processes
