CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial data integrity and internal controls while managing the monthly financial close process
• Lead and mentor an offshore bookkeeping team and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and manage revenue and accounts receivable aging processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and CPA or relevant professional certifications preferred
• 5-7 years of hands-on finance and accounting experience, including consolidation
• 3-5 years of leadership or managerial experience managing direct reports or external teams
• Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
• Experience in optimizing finance tech stack integrations for automation is preferred
