CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and maintain accounting policies
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and oversee corporate tax compliance
• Build scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth and prepare for IPO readiness

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience
• Experience supporting high-growth SaaS environments and knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience leading an accounting team at a high growth company and supporting IPO readiness
