CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage accounting policies and internal controls for GAAP compliance
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, delivering accurate financial statements
• Manage day-to-day finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and managing complex financial operations
• Experience in a high-growth startup or healthcare sector
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with modern financial software and ERP tools
