CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes while developing financial models and dashboards
• Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and cash flow forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or CMA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries/entities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
