CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller (Virtual/Remote) to lead all core accounting operations for a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, maintaining cash flow management
• Prepare and review financial statements and key management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior or management role
• SaaS industry experience required; exposure to private equity-backed environments preferred
• Strong command of US GAAP and expertise in revenue recognition for SaaS
