CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to join their Finance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the controllership function, including financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, treasury, and corporate accounting
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company's financial statements and manage the global close process
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting organization while partnering cross-functionally to support business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
• 12-15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company and/or Big 4 experience
• Significant leadership experience overseeing multiple accounting functions in a complex organization
• Deep expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls (SOX)
• Experience with finance systems, including ERP systems and financial reporting tools
