CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Lead the company's inaugural external audit and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and finance operations team

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA (or equivalent) required
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading ERP and financial system implementations
