Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the accounting department
• Manage financial reporting and prepare materials for the board on a quarterly basis
• Enhance and implement financial systems and strengthen internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing
• Experience managing a small, high-performing team
• Experience working at a SaaS company or providing services to a SaaS company
• CPA certification is required
• In-depth understanding of GAAP
