CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for managing all accounting and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing direction and performance feedback
• Prepare for and coordinate the annual audit process, ensuring timely billing and cash collections

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and tax management
• Experience in a startup environment and with financial audits
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and technical accounting guidelines
