Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and close
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
• Oversee audit, tax, and international regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller within a PE-backed environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting
• Experience in multi-entity or high-growth environments
• NetSuite experience preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
