Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial processes for startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for clients
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and provide due diligence support for audits and fundraising
• Mentor and coach junior accounting staff while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-client environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices
• Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced spreadsheet software proficiency
