CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to own and scale its accounting function during a phase of hypergrowth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Oversee revenue recognition policy and execution under ASC 606
• Handle audit relationships and annual audit execution, including tax filings and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• CPA required
• 5-9 years of experience in a Big 4 Controller or Senior Manager role at a VC-backed SaaS company
• Experience with ASC 606 and revenue recognition policy for usage-based or consumption revenue
• First audit experience, managing the annual audit process at a Series B/C company
• Prior experience with NetSuite implementation or heavy operating experience
