CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller/Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Design and implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance across financial processes
• Support debt and equity financing activities and build scalable financial systems for growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or a regulated industry is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
• Experience supporting fundraising activities (debt and/or equity) is highly preferred
