CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

CPA Licensed Controller, this full-time position is responsible for managing accounting tasks, financial reporting, and modernizing finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration to a modern AI-first ERP and build automations for financial processes
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and ensure audit-readiness across accounting functions
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance on cost accounting and strategic financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification and a bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including time as a Controller
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, with Big 4 audit experience
• Experience in building automations, ideally incorporating AI
• Ability to quickly master new business-critical domains
