CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing agency, the fully remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage financial reporting, oversee cash management, and ensure compliance with GAAP while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present internal financial statements and conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning
• Oversee daily cash management, billing, payroll, and accounts payable functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with company leadership and external CPA firms to maintain financial processes and ensure timely reporting

Required qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 10+ years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Proven leadership in financial process management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
