CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Leading all accounting operations, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities while ensuring the integrity of financial records and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll accounting
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Own corporate compliance aspects, including tax filings and regulatory reporting, while coordinating external audits and advisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA designation required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred
