CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing global practice, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Controller will lead accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and manage multi-currency accounting in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Provide strategic leadership to the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Serve as the technical accounting expert on ASC 606, reviewing client contracts and ensuring proper revenue recognition

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a Controller or equivalent leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition across various professional services fee structures
• Strong working knowledge of multi-currency accounting and experience with M&A roll-ups
• Proven experience leading or supporting NetSuite implementations and optimizations
