CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced CPA Licensed Controller, the full-time remote position will manage financial reporting, month-end close, audit, compliance, and accounting operations while collaborating with executive leadership to support strategic growth in a high-growth SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, improving and automating accounting processes for scalability
• Lead annual financial statement audits and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience in high-growth or startup SaaS environments
