CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

To support the growth and sustainability of the company, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage the accounting organization, optimize financial reporting processes, and ensure compliance with US GAAP while leading a team to deliver quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Direct the preparation of financial statements and manage the annual financial audit process
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in public accounting
• Previous experience as a Controller
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification
• Healthcare and NetSuite experience preferred
