CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fully remote CPA Licensed Controller who will manage the integrity of financial reporting, lead the monthly close and consolidation process, and enhance internal controls while partnering with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and delivering accurate financial statements
• Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• Progressive accounting experience with significant ownership of month-end close and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and strong revenue recognition expertise required
