Job Summary

Leading a team of accounting professionals, the remote full-time CPA Licensed Controller will manage financial operations and reporting for a network of community-based chapters, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting budget and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial services for independent community-based chapters
• Hire, train, and retain skilled accounting staff while managing workflow for the Finance & Accounting teams
• Review chapter financial statements and ensure timely completion of year-end audits

Required qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Seven to ten years of financial accounting or audit experience
• Experience in non-profit accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
