CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Controller will manage the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while serving as a strategic partner to the CFO in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement in accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee multi-entity accounting operations and manage international compliance and tax obligations
• Lead the selection and implementation of scalable accounting systems and ERP solutions for a high-growth environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA required
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, particularly in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
• Expertise in revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and managing multi-currency accounting operations
• Proven experience with international tax compliance and transfer pricing principles
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing accounting teams
