CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
As a remote full-time CPA Licensed Controller, the successful candidate will manage the accounting department, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and drive process improvements while leading a team of 10 across various financial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close process and multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite
- Manage the quote-to-cash process, including billing configuration and revenue recognition
- Lead the annual financial statement audit and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA designation preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller roles
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and stock-based compensation
- Experience managing a multi-entity monthly close and leading external audits
