Job Summary
Leading the accounting function, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Controller will manage accurate financial records, oversee core accounting areas, and drive the modernization of accounting systems and processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate books and timely financial closes
- Oversee financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, revenue recognition, treasury, tax, and audit
- Implement systems automation and AI-enabled processes to enhance accounting operations
Required qualifications:
- Active CPA certification
- Accounting leadership and people-management experience
- Experience owning a broad accounting function, particularly in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in implementing systems and process automation
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and revenue recognition, including ASC 606
