CPA Licensed Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a CPA Licensed Controller, the full-time remote position will manage financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls for clients while leading a team of accounting professionals and driving strategic financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial reporting and compliance
- Take ownership of the accounting function, including corporate finance and tax compliance
- Lead the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports aligned with client goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience
- CPA highly preferred
- Experience in small privately-held, entrepreneurial companies as Controller or Assistant Controller
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.)
