Job Summary
Leading a team of finance professionals, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, conduct technical accounting analysis under IFRS, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Analyze and present financial results to senior leadership, supporting decision-making with comprehensive financial analyses
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, including CPAs and CPA candidates
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance environment
- CPA (or equivalent) designation
- Experience in building and managing relationships with direct reports and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with IFRS reporting framework
- Progressive experience in an accounting firm or software company
