CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, strategic CPA Licensed Controller, the full-time remote position will manage core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP while leading a team and supporting business scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, implement internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead annual financial audits and coordinate external audit activities, including tax return preparation and filing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• CPA strongly preferred; CMA a plus
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a high-growth organization
• Demonstrated experience managing external audits and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Hands-on ERP experience, with NetSuite administration strongly preferred
