CPA Licensed Corporate Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Corporate General Ledger Accountant will maintain the integrity of the consolidated general ledger, manage the monthly close process, and support Division Controllers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the corporate and consolidated general ledger in accordance with GAAP
- Own the monthly close process, including preparing and posting journal entries for corporate entities
- Support the multi-entity consolidation process and perform balance sheet account reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment
- Experience with consolidations across multiple legal entities preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and experience supporting external audits
