CPA Licensed Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant financial statements
• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain updated forecasts
• Oversee internal controls and compliance, including external audits and cash flow management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA License
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting or financial management role, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 5 years of SaaS industry experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition under ASC 606 and experience with ERP implementations
