CPA Licensed Corporate Controller

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a growing company, the full-time salaried CPA Licensed Corporate Controller will manage financial reporting, oversee the accounting department, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and provide detailed financial analysis to guide decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain updated forecasts in collaboration with department heads
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and oversee external audits for accurate financial disclosures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA License
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting or financial management role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Strong command of revenue recognition under ASC 606 and experience with ERP implementations
