Job Summary

Overseeing the accounting function for a growing public commercial life sciences company, the full-time salaried Corporate Controller will manage month-end close, financial reporting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, SOX compliance, and audits in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee SEC reporting and compliance with SOX regulations
• Lead technical accounting and audit functions to support financial integrity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• CPA certification
• Experience in the life sciences industry
• Background in public company accounting
• Experience with commercial product companies, specifically in gross to net calculations
