CPA Licensed Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting who will oversee accounting execution, audit readiness, and financial integrity across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close execution and ensure accurate financial statements
• Manage audit execution and maintain accounting-related internal controls
• Directly manage the accounting team and improve systems and processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a Director of Accounting, Controller, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with close and audit execution, including working with external auditors
