Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy development for engagement with mid-sized US CPA firms to enhance revenue and membership growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating market insights into actionable strategies for the Association
- Guide the financial and operational performance of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), focusing on budgeting and member retention initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a CPA or professional services firm, or as a Firm Administrator at a CPA firm
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA designation
