CPA Licensed Director of Revenue

Job Summary

Seeking a CPA Licensed Director of Revenue in a full-time remote role, this position will manage revenue accounting, technical accounting, and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements while driving process improvements and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the month-end and quarter-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Serve as the primary ASC 606 subject matter expert, providing guidance on revenue recognition and contract analysis
• Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting and/or revenue and financial reporting
• Prior people management experience, with a strong track record of developing talent
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP
• CPA license is required
