CPA Licensed External Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Reporting Sr. Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and tie-out financial statements for SEC filings including 10K, 10Q, and 8-K
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Assist external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits of SEC filings

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 firms
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Licensed CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensing preferred
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with internal controls over financial reporting
