CPA Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting and guide a team in building efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Develop and maintain internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
