CPA Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the General Ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes in compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee subscription revenue accounting, including ASC 606 and deferred revenue management
• Prepare and review financial statements, providing actionable insights and managing cash flow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a CPA/CA designation
• Experience in a SaaS environment with expertise in subscription billing and ASC 606
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with subscription billing systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor finance team members
